COLOR: dark ruby red slightly garnet on the rim.
AROMA: complex, with spicy components and hints of riped red fruit, cherry,
violet with prevalence of toasted notes.
TASTE: powerful wine with a good structure. Dry sapid, warm, with elegant tannins of the barrel ageing
MATCHING DISHES: roasted meat, game and aged cheeses.
WAY OF SERVING: Serve at 16-18°C in crystal balloon shaped wine goblets.
HOME AGEING: Keep the bottles lying down in a cool dark place. |
