| CANTINE RAVAZZI: THE FIRM, THE HISTORY, THE FAMILY The Ravazzi property is situated in Siena Province in Tuscany, in the territory of San Casciano dei Bagni, famous thermal spa. We are in the southern part of Tuscany; the territory extends over the eastern side of the mountain/hill chain of Chianti-Monte Cetona, in the lower part of Val di Chiana, bordering with Umbria. The Ravazzi Wine cellars are in the Chianti region and have produced quality wines for over 50 years. There are 15 hectares of vineyards, of which 13.5 in production, the others just installed. Grapes are vinificated in the modern wine cellar built by the son Alberto Ravazzi who manages the firm directly with his wife Roberta Ciaccioni, dedicated to the Wine Tourism sector. The spirit that inspires the owners is founded on respect of the fundamental criteria for the quality of the product, on the availability and hospitality extended to everyone, client and not, the quality offered and careful attention to price. |
