PRODUCTION AREA: San Casciano dei Bagni, Siena, Toscana. Cantine Ravazzi Ciaccioni Vineyards

GRAPE VARIETY: Sangiovese 80% Trebbiano 10% Malvasia del Chianti 10%

YIELD: Grapes yield of 10 tons per hectare

HARVEST: Hand picking in crates. Grapes Selection on the vine

VINIFICATION: Fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature with selected yeasts.
Maceration post fermentation of 5 days

AGEING 3 months in steel vats PRODUCTION: 60.000 bordeaux bottles

ANALYSIS: Alcohol: 12%, tot.ac. 5,00 g/l COLOUR: Brilliant ruby red

AROMA: Perfumes of violet with hints of small red fruits

TASTE: Round in mouth, fresh with light aftertaste of almond

SERVE WITH: It can be served with light appetizers and it matches with pasta
Very versatile, it can be served throughout the meal

WAY OF SERVING: Serve at 16-18°C in crystal balloon shaped wine goblet

HOME AGEING: Wine to drink young
