PRODUCTION AREA: San Casciano dei Bagni, Siena, Toscana. Cantine Ravazzi Ciaccioni Vineyards

GRAPE VARIETY: Malvasia of Chianti 80%, Trebbiano 20%

YIELD: Grapes yield of 10 tons per hectare

HARVEST: Hand picking in crates. Grapes Selection on the vine

VINIFICATION: Short skins contact before pressing. Fermentation at low temperatures
in steel tanks with selected yeasts

AGEING: 2 months in steel vats

PRODUCTION: 50.000 bordeaux bottles

ANALYSIS: Alcohol: 11,5%, tot.ac. 5,50 g/l

COLOUR: Pale straw with greenish tones

AROMA: Fine, with floral perfumes

TASTE: Dry, fresh, with a crisp finish. Light aftertaste of almond

SERVE WITH: It can be served with light appetizers and it matches perfectly with fish and seafood

WAY OF SERVING: Serve at 10-12°C in crystal shaped wine goblets

HOME AGEING: Keep the bottles in a cool dark place
