GRAPE VARIETY: 85% Malvasia 15% aromatic white variety.
YIELD: Grapes yield of 8 tons per hectare
HARVEST: Hand picking in crates. Grapes Selection on the vine.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature, up to 18°C,with selected yeasts for sparkling wines.
AGEING: Short bottle ageing of 2 months.
PRODUCTION: 6.000 bottles
ANALYSIS: Alcohol: 12%, tot.ac. 5,50 g/l. COLOUR: Flat greenish yellow
AROMA: Spumante with fine perlage, soft and persistent, with rich floral perfumes
TASTE: Dry, sapid, with hints of crust of bread and light aftertaste of bitter almond.
SERVE WITH: It is perfect as aperitif or with light appetizers of fish.To try with lake and see fish dishes, roast cooked or stew cooked.
WAY OF SERVING: Serve at 10°C in crystal shaped wine goblets
HOME AGEING: Keep the bottles lying down in a cool dark place. |
