TASTINGS IN THE WINE CELLAR



According to the season, the producer loves to accompany her guests through the vineyards to explain and to show where the grapes of the Chianti DOCG, Unguercio and Vinsanto are grown. An ample parking lot around the wine cellar allows easy access for cars and even 50 seater buses. Inside the wine cellar the passage through the modern technology has been studied to show how the wine is born, from the vinification to ageing in the suggestive coopers.
A spacious tasting room has been designed to welcome groups.
From inside, large glass walls offer the visitor views of the spectacular Tuscan and Umbrian hills. The scenery opens onto the vineyards and a rich wood of plants such as oaks and cherry trees. The zone is also a natural habitat for various kinds of animal including roe deer, hares, wild boars, pheasants, badgers, foxes. By request, samples of typical local products, can be provided in the tasting room. Languages: Italian and English.
