We had confirmation of strong interest in our Vinsanto Occhio di Pernice which due to the lengthy procedures involved in its production, satisisfies the taste of the consumer who wants to nestle in its winning embrace. Particularly appreciated is Chianti 2007, a young, well structured wine. As from today Chianti Ravazzi is present in Wisconsin and in the states of Maryland, Washington D.C., New Jersey and of course New York.

We have satisfied the requests of operators, that is interest in products from small Tuscan enterprises, better if in the Siena Area, with family administration and traditions.
Expectations are high regarding quality and trasparency, with a certain interest in traditional cellar that have avant-gard-technology as well as being deeply rooted in tradition there is interest in direct relations with the producer, this is possibly one of the main requests. For some years now my business has chosen a commercial policy administrated directly by me that sees me committed alongside ny commercial partners, in Italy as well as abroad.

We want to let you know that the grape harvest in progress promises well: the spring rain, the summer sun and the recent dry weather have favored a healthy maturation of our grapes. Keeping our fingers crossed we are optimistic about the new production.

Before the grape harvest we bought a new and more powerful refridgeration system and a pipe to pipe transfer apparatus. This allows us to better control the temperature of must and the fermenting wines as well as being able to pre-chill the newly pressed must.

In the machinery area we are adding a new press which will give us a more delicate pressing of the marc. Ravazzi wines are investing in technology not only to improve the quality of the wines but also for greater safety in the workplace.
