YIELD: Grapes yield of 8 tons per hectare
HARVEST: Hand picking in crates. Grapes Selection on the vine.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are gently pressed followed by vinification “in bianco”.
PRODUCTION: 8.000 bordeaux bottles
COLOUR: Pale straw with greenish tones.
AROMA: Fine, with rich floral perfumes
TASTE: Dry, sapid, with a crisp finish. Light aftertaste of bitter almond.
SERVE WITH: It can be served with light appetizers and it matches perfectly with fish and seafood.
WAY OF SERVING: Serve at 10-12°C in crystal shaped wine goblets.
HOME AGEING: Keep the bottles lying down in a cool dark place.
