AROMA: Deep parfumes of plum and violet with hints of small red fruits like red current,
cherry and rasberry
TASTE: round in mouth, with strong and smooth tannins
SERVE WITH: May be served with Chianina roast steak or with Pienza cheeses also called “cacio”.
WAY OF SERVING: Serve at 16-18°C in crystal balloon shaped wine goblets.
HOME AGEING: it can be kept well for 2-3 years. Keep the bottles lying down in a cool dark place.
